The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in regular
session in the council chambers of the city hall on November 30, 1979, at 12:30 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.
Present: Collins, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
I. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the November 13,
1979 HRA meeting be approved as submitted.
A11 ayes - Carried.
2. Authorization to Sell Property at 7444 Bryant Avenue
Karl Nollenberger, Executive Director, advised the commission that the house
at 7444 Bryant Avenue that has been rehabilitated by the Suburban Hennepin County
Vocational Technical Institute is now complete and ready to sell. A qualified
applicant has been selected by the United Mortgage Company and the Executive
Director recommended that the commission adopt a resolution authorizing sale.

Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of
these minutes:

Po11 of votes: Ayes -.Collins, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law. Nays - None.
Carried. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 129 in Resolution Book No. Z.
The Executive Director presented an update on city projects.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the following claims and payrolls
be approved:

All ayes - Carried.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger that the meeting adjourn.
