Regular Meeting of November 13, 1979
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in regular
session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on November 13, 1979, at 10:12 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.
Present: Collins, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger that the minutes of the October 22,
1979 HRA meeting be approved as presented.
A11 ayes - -Carried.
2. Conveyance of Property by Financial Properties Developers, Inc. ~
Karl Nollenberger, Executive Director, advised the HRA that the K-Mart property
has been sold by Financial Properties Developers, Inc. to Mr. Lawrence Kadish on a
sale-leaseback transaction in accordance with the developer's agreement between the
HRA and Financial Properties Developers, Inc. He recommended that the HRA adopt
the appropriate resolution approving this sale.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Collins that the following resolution be adopted;
that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of these minutes:

RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFER OF
PROPERTY SUBJECT TO DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT
Po11 of votes: Ayes - Collins, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law. Nays - None.
Carried. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 128 in Resolution Book No. 2.
Executive Director Nollenberger announced that K-Mart stores will be having
their grand opening on November 18, 1979.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the following claims and payrolls
be approved:

Checks 1864/2934 $252,278.13
All ayes - Carried.
The Executive Director gave a progress report on the new developments in
the L/H/N area.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the meeting adjourn.
All ayes - Carried. Time: 10:37 p.m.
