Regular Meeting of September 24, 1979
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on September 24, 1979,
at 9:45 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.
Present: Collins, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Ludeman
1. Minutes
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the regular
meeting of September 10, 1979, be approved as presented.,`
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
2. Progress Report on Redevelopment Project
Richard Krier, Planning and Redevelopment Director, passed out a time schedule
of the redevelopments within the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet area and elaborated on the
projected revenue these busin~sses~will bring into the area.
The HRA presented Mr. Krier a Career Employment Certificate in recognition of
his six years of service to the City of Richfield. Mr. Krier is leaving the city
to take employment in the private sector.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger that the following claims and
payrolls be approved:

Checks 1862/2843 $152525.15
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
