Regular Meeting of September 10, 1979
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on September 10, 1979,
at 11:25 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Loren L. Law, Chairman.
Present: Collins, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Jacobsen
1. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger that the minutes of the regular
meeting of August 27, 1979 be approved as presented.
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Jacobsen.
2. Redevelopment Progress Report
Richard Krier, Planning and Redevelopment Director, presented an update on
the progress of the L/H/N Redevelopment Project. He explained the progress of
Lyndale Avenue and reviewed the redevelopment plans of Nelson's Restaurant,
Richfield Bank & Trust and Minnesota Federal. He indicated the K-Mart expects
to open on November 1, 1979.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludeman that the following claims and
payrolls be approved:
SUMMIT STATE BANK
Checks 1856/2815 $1,380,059.51
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Jacobsen.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger that the meeting adjourn.
