The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in regular
session in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 on August 27, 1979, at 9:57 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.
Present: Collins, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the August 13, 1979,
HRA meeting be approved as presented.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Presentation
Richard Krier, Planning and Redevelopment Director, presented a status report

and answered questions on various matters of the L/H/N Improvement Project area.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the following claims and payrolls
be approved:

Checks 1849/2792 $55,400.58
All ayes - Carried.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger that the meeting adjourn.
