The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 on July 23, 1979, at
10:55 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.
Present: Collins, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the July 9,
1979, HRA meeting be approved as presented.
A11 ayes. - Carried.
2. Designation of Executive Director
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger to designate City Manager, Karl
Nollenberger, the Executive Director of the Richfield Housing and Redevelopment
Authority to replace Joyce Wilde, Acting Executive Director.
A11 ayes - Carried.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Collins that the following claims and
payroll be approved; _
SUMMIT STATE BANK
Checks 1848/2733 $116,554.93
A11 ayes - Carried.
4. Status Report (Not on Agenda)
Richard Krier, Planning and Redevelopment Director, presented a status
report on all of the HRA activities.

Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger that the meeting adjourn.
