The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
--- regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on April 23, 1979, at
11:05 p.m.
The meeting was called .to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.
Present: Collins, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Collins that the minutes of the regular
meeting of April 9, 1979, be approved as submitted.
A11 ayes - Carried.
2. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the following claims and
payrolls be approved:
SUMMIT STATE BANK
Checks 2497/2537 $3,351.18
All ayes - Carried.
3. Status Report {Not on Agenda)
Richard Krier, Planning and Redevelopment. Director, presented a status report
on various matters relating to the scheduling of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet
Redevelopment project.
Carl Marinics, Public Works Director, discussed the 1979 Hennepin County
construction schedule for various work items in the redevelopment area.
4. Scattered Site Budget Revision (Not on Agenda)
Joyce Wilde, Acting Executive Director, reported that the HRA is being
requested to submit a revised budget for the Community Development Block Grant
funding to be used in the scattered site project of the HRA's New Home Program.

She recommended that these changes be implemented to reflect total funding-for
this project.
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen to authorize that a new budget
be submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development Minnesota Area
office combining the essential parts of the two budgets previously submitted
to them.
All ayes - Carried.
5. Adjournment
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen that the meeting adjourn.
