1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Collins that the minutes of the regular meeting.
of March 12, 1979, be approved as presented.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Authorization to Begin Implementation of Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet _R_ede_velopment
Plan Amendments
Richard Krier, Planning and Redevelopment Director, requested that, inasmuch
as the city council had approved the amendment to the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Re-
development Plan, the HRA authorize the staff to begin implementation of these
amendments. He reviewed three aspects of implementation as outlined in HRA Letter
No. 15, and recommended that the HRA authorize the staff to proceed with the land
marketing and solicitation of proposals necessary to implement the adopted land
use revisions.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger to authorize the staff to impl~ebierrt
the L/H/N land use amendments.
All ayes - Carried.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the following claims and payrolls
be .approved:
