The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in regular
Asession in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 on September 25, 1978, at 9:50 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the regular meeting
of September 11, and the continued meeting of September 14, 1978, be approved as
submitted.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger that the following claims and
payrolls be approved:

Checks 18336/19712 $211,712.17

3. Not on Agenda
Executive Director Wayne Burggraaff, informed the council of plans to advertise
the Richfield Housing Fund which encompasses all the housing rehabilitation programs
of the city and explains the'~availability of home improvement grants.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Ludeman that the meeting adjourn.
