SPECIAL MEETING - BUDGET HEARING
September 21, 1978
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
special session on September 21, 1978, at 9:30 p.m. for the purpose of holding
a hearing on the proposed 1979 HRA budget.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.
Present: Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Anderson, Jacobsen
Wayne Burggraaff, Executive Director, summarized the funds and programs.
Richard Krier, Planning and Redevelopment Director, reviewed the proposed
purchase of services agreement with the City to describe the HRA personnel
service needs for 1979.
Commissioners discussed the various housing programs and indicated approval
of the programs as proposed. Mr. Lawrence Wozniczka, 6744 Wentworth, questioned
whether the City and HRA should proceed further with the L/H/N Redevelopment Project.
Commissioners indicated support for this tax increment effort.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger to continue this meeting to
October 2, 1978.
