The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
special session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Thursday,
September 14, 1978, to continue the regular meeting of September 11, 1978, at
7:48 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law.

thorizing Execution of Stipulations Relatin to Acquisition of
Flowertown Property for K-Mart Project
John Dean, Acting City Attorney, recommended the HRA adopt a resolution
authorizing acquisition of the Jonathon Building/Flowertown property, which is
in the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet area.
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludeman that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made apart of
these minutes:
