Regular Meeting of September 11, 1978
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City. Hall on September 11, 1978,
at 9:56 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Loren L. Law:
Present: Anderson, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Jacobsen (on vacation)
1. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Anderson that the minutes of the regular
meeting of August 28, 1978, be approved as submitted.
All ayes - Carried.. Absent -~3acobsen.
2. Setting Date of Hearing for 1979 HRA Budget
Wayne Burggraaff, Executive Director, recommended the HRA schedule the hearing
on the proposed 1979 budget for the regular HRA meeting of September 25, 1978.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger to set the date of hearing far
consideration of the HRA 1979 budget for September 21, 1978, to coincide with
the budget hearing of the city council.
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Jacobsen.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludeman that the following claims and
payrolls be approved:

4. Discussion (Not on the Agenda) _
It was reported that there possibly may be an agreement with Flowertown
on the acquisition of this property for the K-Mart development as early as
September 14,-1978.
5. Meeting Continuation
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludeman to continue this meeting to
September 14, 1978.-
