Regular Meeting of May 22, 1978
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on May 23, 1978, at
1:12 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Ludeman
1. Minutes
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the regular
meeting of May 8, 1978, be approved as submitted.
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
2. Public Hearing on Proposed Amendment to L/H/N Redevelopment Plan
The executive director reviewed an amendment to the L/H/N redevelopment
plan which contained a proposal for an entertainment area. Wendy's Restaurant,
for which the city council approved a special use permit, will be located in
this area. Adoption of this entertainment development guide would amend the
L/H/N plan to insure that, when developed, Wendy's Restaurant and any future
development in this area, will be in compliance with the L/H/N redevelopment
plan. The planning and redevelopment director and the executive director
recommended the HRA adopt the required resolution amending the L/H/N
redevelopment plan.'
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of
these minutes:

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen that the follocaing claims and
payrolls be approved:
