The Housing. and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in .the council chambers of the~city hall on January 23, 1978
at 9:45 p.m.
The meeting was called to .order by Chairman Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger that the minutes of the regular
meeting of January 9, 197$ be approved as presented.
A11 ayes - Carried.
2. Authorization to Initiate Eminent Domain Proceedings
The executive director reviewed the events that have delayed securing clear
title of property at 6DO West 66th Street as described in HRA Letter No. 4. He
recommended that the HRA authorize the exercise of eminent domain proceedings
by adopting the necessary resolution.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Ludeman that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part
of these minutes:
