The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the council chambers of the city hall on.December 27, 1977. at
8:20 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Law.
Present; Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Law
Absent; Ludeman
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson that the minutes of the regular
meeting of December 12, and ,the special meeting of December 20, 1977 be approved
as presented:
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
2. Claims and Pa rolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson that the fallowing .claims and payrolls
be approved;

Checks 1471/1620 $&,311.90
All ayes -Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
.Lawrence Wozniczka, 6744 Wentworth, inquired as to what claims were included
on the list. The chairman and the deputy clerk read the major claims on the list.
3. Status of L/HjN Pro~ram

Planning Director, Richard Krier, presented a chronological report on the
progress of the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet redevelopment. program. Information on land
acquisition, .public improvements and future project scheduling was presented and
discussed by the commissioners and staff. It was concluded that significant

advances have been made during the first two years of the project.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger that the meeting adjourn.
