Continued Budget Hearing of September 26, 1977
October 3, 1977
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in special
session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on October 3, 1977 at 7:00 p.m, for
the purpose of holding continued discussion of the 1978 proposed budget.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Law.
Present: Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law.
Absent; Anderson
Commissioner Anderson arrived at 7:10 p.m.
1. Discussion on Proposed 1978 Budget
The Executive Director reviewed the HRA General Fund revenues. He then reviewed
the proposed expenditures for the following funds:
HRA - General
HRA - L/H/N Administration and Capital Projects
Rehabilitation Capital Projects
New Home Program Capital Projects
Discussion and questions on the proposed HRA budget followed this presentation.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson that the following resolutions be
adopted; that they be spread in the resolution book and that they be made a part
of these minutes:
HRA RESOLUTION N0. 64
RESOLUTION APPROVING 1978 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
BUDGET AND CERTIFYING THE TAX LEVY.
HRA RESOLUTION N0. 65
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REVISION OF 1977 BUDGET
OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
RICHFIELD
HRA Continued Budget Hearing -2- October 3, 1977
Poll of votes: Ayes - Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger. Nayes - None.
Carried. These resolutions appear as Resolutions Nos. 64 and 65 in Resolution
Book No. 1.
2. Ad'ournment
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger that the meeting adjourn.
All ayes - Carried. Time: 7:50 p.m.
