Regular Meeting of July ll, 1977
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on July 11, 1977 at
8:30 PM.
The. meeting was called to order by Chairman Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law

Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the June 27, 1977
meeting be approved as submitted.
All ayes v Carried,
2._ L/H/N Project Boundary Hearing
Richard IZrier, planning director, presented the request of the Property
Description Division of Hennepin County to the HRA to amend the L/H/N project
area boundaries to include the total piece of property in Richfield Lake which
the city purchased from Rutman's in 1976. This is an administrative change which
does not include any added value to the project area, but does simplify the record
keeping by both the HRA and the county.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger to close the hearing,
All ayes - Carried.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen to recommend to the city council to
change the boundary of the L/H/N to include this property as requested by the county.
All ayes - Carried.
3. Claams and Payrolls
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Anderson. that the following :claims and
payrolls be approved:

4. Discussion on Progress Report Meeting
Motion b y Law, seconded by Jacobsen to request the staff to schedule a progress
report meeting for businessmen on the L/H/N project for some time in the future
from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM and to request the affected individuals be notified by mail.
A11 ayes - Carried.
Lawrence Wozniczka, 6744 Wen~,~orth, spoke in favor of_ an evening meeting for
residers*s.
Motion by Law, seconded by Jacobsen to request the staff to plan an evening
information meeting sometime after the noon meeting is held.
A11 ayes - Carried.
5. 0 en House at Vo-Tech Rehabilitation House
The executive director announced an open house would be held at the house
at 7238 Wentworth Avenue on Monday, July 18, at 6:30. This house was rehabilitated
by Vo-Tech students as an educational training program.
