The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in regular
session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on June 13, 1977 at 10:55 PM.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Ludeman
1. Minutes
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger that the minutes of the regular
meeting of May 23, 1977 be approved as submitted.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
2. Request for Change in L/H/N Pra_iect Area Boundary
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson to recommend to the city council to

set July 11, 1977 as the public hearing date for the purpose of amending the L/H/N
project area boundaries to include the total piece of city owned property in Richfield
Lake.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen that the following claims and payrolls
be approved:

4. Adjournment
