Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson that the minutes of the regular
meeting of March 28, 1977 be approved as submitted.

Motion by 3acobsen, seconded by Ludeman that the following claims and payrolls
be approved:

Richard Krier, planning director, reported on the status of the Knutson Project
and the Housing Assistance Program.
The executive director reported on recent developments of negotiations with a
major department store developer for the L/H/N project.
