' Regular Meeting of March 14, 1977
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met-in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on March 14, 1977 at
11:19 PM.
1. Minutes
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Ludeman that the minutes of the meeting of
February 28, 1977 be agproved as presented.
A11 ayes - married.
2. Approval of Purchase of Property at 6610 Graham Avenue
Acting executive director,. Joyce Wilde, reviewed the request of Mrs. Josephine
Ramsey-Hanson, 6610 Graham Avenue, that the HRA purchase her single family home
located within the Lyndale/Rub/Nicollet project area. It was pointed out that
since the HRA presently has no acquisition funds at this time, it *~ri11 be necessary
to borrow from the city to~accomplish the purchase of this property.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen that the following resolution be
adapted.; that it be spread in the resolution. book and that it be made a part of
these minutes:

MARKET VALUE APID PROVIDING
FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF
NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF REAL PROPERTY
Poll of votes: Ayes - Anderson, 3acobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law. Nayes - None.
Carried. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 29 in Resolution Book No. 1.

payrolls be approved:
