Regular Meeting of February 28, 1977
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on February 28, 1977
at 9:12 PM.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Law.
Present: Anderson, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Jacobsen (Due to illness.)
1. Minutes
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludeman that the minutes of the meeting
of February 14, 1977 be approved as presented.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Jacobsen.
2. Discussion on Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet
Richard Krier, planning director, reported on progress of the Lyndale/Hub/
Nicollet redevelopment plan. Peter Jarvis of Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, also
reported on recent developments in the project.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger that'the following claims and
payrolls be approved:

Checks 1203/1206 $100.00
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Jacobsen.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger that the meeting adjourn.
