Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger, to reaffirm support of Reso-
lution No. 3 entitled, "Reaffirming Support of Housing Project Proposed by the
House of Prayer Lutheran Church and the Knutson Company".

4. Report on Urban Redevelopment Neighborhood Preservation Workshop
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Law, to accept the report of an Urban
Redevelopment Neighborhood Preservation Workshop recently attended by E. E.
Jacobsen and Richard Krier.
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
Motion by Law, seconded by Jacobsen, to direct the staff to investigate
the feasibility and cost of providing residential transportation for senior
citizens and handicapped.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
