~ The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Jacobsen (Business obligation.)
1. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman,. seconded by Anderson that the minutes of the regular
meeting of January 10, 1977 be approved as presented.
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Jacobsen
2. HRA Appointments
As required by the by-.laws of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
election of officers for the year 1977 was held.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger that the following appointments
be made: Chairman, Loren L. Law, Vice-Chairman,-Vern Luettinger, and Secretary,
Ivan Ludeman.
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Jacobsen
3. Approval of Agreement for Real Estate Consulting Services
,Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludeman to approve an agreement. between
the HRA and Mr. William Crear, Jr. for real estate consulting services for a
one year period.
