The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met
in regular session in the Council Chmabers of the City Ha11 on January 11,
1977 at 12:43 AM.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: .Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen., seconded by Ludeman that the minutes of the regular
meeting .of December 27, 1976 be approved as presented.
A11 ayes -Carried. •
2. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman that the following claims and
payrolls.be allowed:
SUMMIT STATE BANK Amount,
Checks 1193/1197 $125.00.
All ayes - Carried. .
3. Discussion
The commission discussed the status of the purchase of the house at
6429 15th Avenue and the negotiations for the purchase of the house at
715 Graham.
Chairman Law indicated representatives of a major department store would
be visiting the city to continue assessing the L/H/N as a possible location for
their store.
The commission set the date of .Monday, January 31, 1977 for a special
meeting at 5:30 PM and requested the proper legal notice be sent to the news-
papers.-
