The regular November 22, 1976 meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of Richfield was reconvened at 11:07 PM do November 30, 1976 in the
council chainbers~ of the city hall.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Lawe
Absent: Anderson
I. Agreement for Hennepin County Vocational Technical School Rehabilitation Project
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger to defer this item to the next
HRA meeting.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Anderson
2. Aut_h_orization for Bather-Ringrose-Wolsfeld, Inc. to Proceed with Phase III
of Eng~.neerYng Contract Providing for Preparation of Final Plans on Public
Improvements for Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Tax Increment Redevelopment District
Wayne Burggraaff, executive director, reviewed the progress that had
transpired under Phase II of the agreement with Bather-Ringrose-Wolsfeld, Inc.
and the consulting fees to date.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger to authorize Bather-Ringrose-
Wolsfeld, Inc, to proceed with Phase ITI of the engineering contract providing
for preparation of final plans on public improvements for the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet
tax increment redevelopment district.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Anderson
Commissioner Anderson requested that the record indicate that he was in favor
of the above authorization.
