Regular Meeting of November 22, 1976
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 on November 22, 1976
at 8:55 PM.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Law
Absent: Ludeman, Luettinger
1. Minutes
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the November 8,
1976 meeting be approved as presented.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman, Luettinger
2. Arrangements for Hennepin County Vocational Technical School Rehabilitation
Project
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson to defer this item to November 30,
1976.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen that the following claims and
payrolls be allowed:
SUMMIT STATE BANK 'Amount
Checks 1177/1181 $125.00

Chairman Law advised there would be a meeting the following night,
November 23,.1976, of the. RING Committee and the Grand Avenue residents at
6:30 PM.
Chairman Law reported on progress of the MTC Garage Location Committee.
HRA Meeting- a2- November 22, 1976
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson for the HRA to support the
efforts of the chairman ~in his participation as chairman of the recently
formed committee which will be working with the MTC in finding a new bus
garage location which will not be detrimental to Richfield housing.

4. Continuation of Meeting
Motion•by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen to continue this meeting to
November 30, 1976.
