Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law. 1. Minutes Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman. that the minutes of the October 25, 1976 meeting be approved as presented. All ayes - Carried. 2. Paliey Manuals for Relocation and•Property Management. Planning director, Richard Krier, reviewed the policy manuals for residential relocation, commercial relocation and property management for the HRE~. Mr. Krier reported that all three manuals were required for the L/H/N project. Mr. Krier answered questions concerning the content of the manuals. Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman to•approve the three manuals as policy of the HRA and to authorize their use. All ayes - Carried. 3. Use of New Home Program for Rehabilitation Project The planning director explained :the program. suggested by the Suburban Hennepin-County Area Vocational Technical Centers, of entering into a joint venture agreement with the HRA to rehabilitate a house. t Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludeman to approve acquiring one-house for the purpose of the Vo-Tech rehabilitation project; to authorize the executive director to negotiate a tentative purchase price and to authorize the executive director to negotiate a contract with the Vocational School covering this arrangement. • HRA Meeting Minutes -2- November 8, 1976 All ayes - Carried. 4. Claims and Payrolls Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger that the following claims and payrolls be approved: SUMMIT STATE BANK Amount Checks $9,480,85 Ali ayes -Carried. 5.
