The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in

regular session in the Council Chambers of the-City Hall on October 2S, 1976
at 7:25 PM.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the October 12,_
1976 meeting be approved as .presented.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Public Improvements Plan for the L/H/N Project
The executive director outlined the L/H/N project public improvement schedule.
Peter Jarvis of Bather-Ringrose-Wolsfeld, reviewed the preliminary plan for
public improvements within the L/H/N project area.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Luettinger to approve the preliminary plan
for the public improvements in the L/H/N district and to request the city council
to proceed by holding a public hearing on this public improvement project:
A11 Ayes - Carried.
3. Discussion of New Homes Program
The planning director reported on the new homes program.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded. by Luettinger that the following parcels be
deleted from the new home program and considered separately in terms of use
and disposition; '

Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger that the following claims and
payrolls ire approved:

5. Adjournment
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger that the meeting adjourn.
