The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of .the City of Richfield rnet in
regular session in the council chambers of the City Hall on October 12, 1976
at 12:00 midnight.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen that the minutes of the regular
meeting of September 27 and the special meeting of October 5, 1976 be approved
as presented.
All ayes - Carried.

Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman that the following claims and
payrolls be approved:

All ayes - Carried.
3. Discussion
AMOUNT
$125.00
There was discussion about several meetings that were going to be held
to discuss the status of subsidized leased housing.
Commissioner Jacobsen reported on a contact he had received from the
Vocational Technical School explaining a training program they are initiating
whereby they hype to find government owned houses in need of rehabilitation.
These houses could be repaired by the students and the municipality would only
pay for the materials.
