R.eport on Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Peter ,~arvis of IiRW, was present and spoke ot~ assessment policy draft, proposed fortna.l design .and answered questions of the commi.s$ion. The staff indicated need for action. i.n Q,~tober on the three following items: 1. Approval of design of public improvements. 2. Approval of assessment policy. ~. Authority to acquire property for ri.ghtrof~way purposes. HRA Meeting Minutes -2- September 27, 1976 Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettiriger to extend the commission's thanks to Mr. Jarvis and MRW and to accept their report. All ayes - Carried. 4.
