Regular Meeting of July 26, 1976
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session on July 27, 1976 at 12:01 AM in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall.

Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the regular
meeting of July 12, 1976 be approved as presented. .

2. Discussion Items
Executive Director Wayne Burggraaff provided a progress report and answered
quesL•ions on the Knutson Senior Citizen housing project.
• _ Chairman Law suggested a special meeting of the HRA be scheduled for a
- night other than a regular meeting night to discuss the progress of the Lyndalej
HubjNicollet project.~It was agreed to set August l6. at 7:30 PM as the time for
the meeting.

Motion by Anderson, seconded by 3acobsen that the following claims and
payrolls be allowed:
