Regular Meeting of July 12, 1976
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met
in regular session on July 13, 1976 at 12:05 AM in the CouneY-l =Chambers of
the City Hall.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson that the minutes of the
regular meeting of June 28, 1976 be approved as presented.
A11 ayes - Carried.
2. Report on Housing Rehabilitation Program
Richard Krier, Planning Director, summarized the response received
by local lending institutions involved in the M3.nnesota Housing Finance
Agency Rehabilitation Loan Program.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman to approve the rehabilitation
loan and grant program administrative guidelines for the Richfield Housing
Fund as proposed in HRA Letter No, 23.
All ayes - Carried.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman that the following claims
and payrolls be allowed:
