Regular Meeting of May 24, 1976
The regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City
of Richfield was held at 10:45 PM, May 24, 1976 in the council chambers of the
City Ha11.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman,
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the May 10, 1976
meeting be approved as presented.
A11 ayes - Carried.
2. Richfield Housing Rehabilitation Program
The Executive Director, 6dayne S. Burggraaff, requested approval of a
technical assistance agreement with the Metropolitan Council Housing and Re-
development Authority; such agreement would provide assistance in establishing
a Richfield housing rehabilitation program.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, to authorize the executive director
to execute the agreement with the Metropolitan Council Housing and Redevelopment
Authority for technical assistance in the establishment of a housing rehabilitation
program.
A11 ayes - Carried.
3. Loan to HRA for the Purchase of Property in the L/H/N Area
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman, that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of these
minutes;

Carried. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 15 in Resolution Book No. 1.
