1. Minutes
• Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the April
26, 1976 meeting be approved as presented.
All ayes r Carried.
2. Authorization to Proceed with Phase II of BRS,d Contract

' ,Richard Krier, Planning Director, requested the authorization to proceed with
Phase II of the BRW Contract inasmuch as the council had approved the agreement
'with Hennepin County providing for the improvement of county roads in the Lyndale/
Hub/Nicoilet area at the May 10 council meeting.
Motion by'Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen, to authorize Bather-Ringrose-
Wolsfeld, Inc. to proceed with Phase II of our agreement..
