Regular Meeting of April 26, 1976
The regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Richfield was held at 12:25 AM, April 27, 1976 in the council chambers
of the city hall.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law.
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the adjournment time of
the April 12, 1976 meeting minutes be corrected from 10:45 PM to 11:50 PM
and that the minutes be approved as amended.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Resolution Supporting Knutson Mortgage and Financial Corporation Proposal
for Senior Citizen Housing Project
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the following resolution
be adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part
of these minutes:

FINANCE CORPORATION

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the following claims and
payrolls be allowed:
