Regular Meeting of March 22, 1976
The regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Richfield
was held at 11:10 PM on March 22, 1976 in the council chambers of the city hall,
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
1. Minutes
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the minutes of the regular
meeting of March 8, 1976 be approved as printed.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Other Business
Chairman Law reported that he and several counmissioners along with the
executive director and the planning director had attended a Chamber of Commerce
meeting on Friday, March 19, for the purpose of discussion the Lyndale/Hub/
Nicollet project. Commissioners discussed some of the concerns expressed at that
meeting and indicated that these matters would be addressed at the special HRA
meeting on the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet project scheduled for Monday, March 29, 1976.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen, that the following claims and
payrolls be allowed:

Checks No. 1080/1084 $125.00
A11 ayes - Carried.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen, that the meeting adjourn.
All ayes - Carried. Time: 11:30 PM.
