1. Minutes

Motion.by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen, that the minutes of-the special
joint meeting with the Planning Commission of October 15,.1975 and the regular.
meeting of November 24, 1975 be approved as presented.
All Ayes - Carried.
2. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman, that-the following claims and payrolls
be allowed:
SUMMIT STATE BANK Amount .
Checks 1034/1042 ~ $2,776.49

.There was a general discussion on the Knutson project, leased housing and.
the LHN boundary. No action was taken. It was uggested that the HRA hold a
joint meeting with the RING committee to discuss the boundaries of the LHN.
Commissioner Ludeman reported on his attendance of a housing workshop
December 4-and 5.
Mayor Law reported on a similar meeting held at the National League of Cities
conference and other sessions he attended,
Lawrence Wozniczka•, 6744 Wentworth, inquired about the first bond issued
on the LHN and the time table.
