HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA
Regular Meeting November 24, 1975
'The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the Gity of R3.chfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Tuesday, November 25,
1975 at 1.55 AM.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present; Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Ludeman, Law
Absent; None
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson,. that the minutes of the. November 10,
1975 meeting be approved as presented.
A11 ayes - Carried.
2. Progress Report on Section 8 Housing Program
Planning director, Richard Krier, reported on the progress of the Section 8
Housing Program and stated that 121 applicants had been received for housing under
this program.
3. progress Report on Knutson Housing Pro3ect
Richard Krier reported that the Knutson Company had requested the city
council to provide them with a letter indicating approval had been. granted to
estimate taxes on the Knutson project property at $300 per unit for the firs t
two years of operation in order to meet HUD .requirements.
City attorney, Clayton LeFevere, reported that legally we must value property
at the market value. (HRA-1).
4. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by T,uettinger, that the following claims and
payrolls be allowed:

HRA Meeting Minutes -2- November 24, 1975
Commissioner Ludeman reported a midwinter workshop of NAHRO, National
Association of Housing and Redevelopment Authority Officials, would be held
December 4 and S and he indicated he would try to attend. -
S. Adjournment.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the meeting adjourn.
