The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Tuesday, November
11, 1975 at 1:40 AM.'
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Ludeman, Law,
Absent: Nane
1. Minutes
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by 3acobsen, that the minutes of the October
27, 1975 meeting be approved as presented.
All ayes - Carried. '

Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen, that the following claims and
payrolls be allowed:
