The Housing. and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
:regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 on Monday, October 27,
1975 at 8;35 PM.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: None
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the minutes of the September
22 and October 14, 1975 meetings be approved as presented,

2. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen, that the following claims and
payrolls be allowed:

3. Presentation of Information Relative to Tax Increment Financing
The slides for this itett- did not arrive because of a postal holiday.
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Law, that this item be continued a.t the next
meeting when the information would be available.
All ayes - Carried.
4. Ad 3 ourmm~ent
Motion by Luettinger,. seconded by..Ludeman, that this meeting be continued
to the next regular HRA meeting.
