Regular Meeting of September 22, 1975 -The Hou$ing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in regular session in the Cquncil Chambers of the City Ha1~: on Monday, September 22, 1975 at 8:45 PM. The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.- Present: Anderson, Jacobsen-y Ludeman, Luettinger, Law Absent: None 1. Minutes Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen, that the minutes of the ~epteMber 8, 1975 meeting be approved as presented. All ayes - Carried. 2. Hearing on Proposed 1976 HRA Budget Zee executive director, Wayne $urggraaff, presented the proposed 1976 budget in the amount of $81,.067 to the cdmmission. The proposed budget is balanced with an equal amount of reYenues inclukling a maximum levy of 1/3 mill, Richard Krier, city planner, reviewed proposed programs financed by the budget document. Chairman of the Senior Citizens Commission, Felton Jenkins, 6221 Morgap Avsnue~ appeared and spoke in favor of the proposed budget.. He also reported on the House of Prayer/Senior Citizens Hot:sing project meeting and i~diaatsd that it tied been approved. Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the following resolution be adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of these minutes: R'~SOLUTI01~ N0. 8 RESOLUTION APPROVING 1976 HOUSING ANU REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET AND CERTIFYING THE TAX LEVY HRA Meeting Minutes -2- September 22, 1975 Po11 of votes; Ayes - Anderson, .Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law. Nayes - None. Carried. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 8 in Resolution Book No. 1. 3. Approval of Purchases of Service Agreement Between the.HRA and Metropolitan Council Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, to approve the Purchases of Services Agreement with the Metropolitan Council for Section 8 Lease Housing Grant. All ayes - Carried. 4. Claims and Payrolls Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the following claims and payrolls be allowed: SUMMIT STATE BANK AMOUNT Checks 1016/1021 $536.25 Poll of votes: Ayes - Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Law. Nayes - Luettinger. Carried. Mrs. Betty Gutmann, of 6825 Morgan Avenue, appeared in behalf of the League of Women Voters and endorsed the actions of the HRA. 5.
