The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Monday,~September

Motion by Ludem~.n, seconded by Jacobsen, that the minutes. of the August 25,
1975 meeting be approved as presented.

2. Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Relocation Report' "
Richard Krier, planning director, reviewed the Relocation Program Report
for-LHN Commercial Improvement.Program. '
. Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, to receive the report.
All apes - Carried.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the following claims and
payrolls be allowed:

4. Budget Hearing
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman, that the 197b HRA budget hearing
be scheduled for September 22, 1975 and to authorize the city. clerk to publish
the appropriate notice in the official newspaper. .
