Regular Meeting of August 11, 1975
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Monday, August 11,
1975 at 6:00 PM.
The meeting was. called to order by Commissioner Law, Chairman.
Present: Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Anderson (Arrived at 6:15 PM)
1. Minutes
The commissioners discussed the minutes regarding the discussions on the
per diem fee for HRA meetings.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, to defer approval of the minutes.
A11 ayes - Carried.
Commissioner Luettinger asked the executive director to place an item on the
August 25 HRA. agenda for further discussion of the commissioner ker diem payment.
He also asked that the per diem payment resolution be reviewed by the attorney to
insure that it is worded in accordance with the enabling state statute.
2. Discussion of Procedure to be Followed in Housing Assistance Payments
(Section 8 Leased Housing Program) "
Planning director, Richard Krier, presented a summary of the Housing Assistance
Payment Program.
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen, to accept the report.
All ayes - Carried.
3. Claims and Payrolls
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen, that the following claims and payrolls
be allowed:

$15,942.82
