Regular Meeting of July 14, 1975
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Tuesday, July 15,
1975 at 12:04 AM.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law, chairman.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Ludeman (on vacation)
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that page 3 of the June 30 meeting
of the Richfield IiRA/Planning Commission be amended so that paragraph 2 (Planning
Commission Action) be reversed with paragraph 1 (HRA Action).
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the June 23,
1975 meeting be approved as presented.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
2. Designation of Official Depository
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of
these minutes;
