Regular Meeting May 12, 1975
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 on Tuesday, May 13,
1975 at 12:10 AM.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Law
Absent: Ludeman (Out of town on business)
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, to approve the minutes of the
April 28, 1975 meeting as presented.
All ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
2. Section 8 Housing
Richard Krier, planning director, reviewed the goals of the joint appli-
cation with the HRA and the Metropolitan HRA for subsidized housing (lease
existing housing).
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, to accept the report for further
study.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
3. Approval of Purchases of Service Agreement Between the City and the HRA
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, to approve the purchase of city
services by the HR~i.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
4. Discussion of HRA Per Diem Resolution
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Anderson, that this item be deferred.
A11 ayes - Carried. Absent - Ludeman.
