Regular Meeting April 28, 1975
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority, of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Tuesday, April 29,
1975 at 12:55 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: None
1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, to approve the minutes of

the meetings of March 10, as amended, March 24, April l4 and April 15, 1975.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Amendment to the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Goals and Objectives
Motion by Ludeman, seconded by Jacobsen, to approve the amended objectives.
All ayes -Carried.
3. Report on Dial-A-Ride Study
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Ludeman, to receive the Dial-A-Ride Study
for further study and discussion at a future meeting.
A11 acyes - Carried.
4. Adjournment
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the meeting adjourn.
