Special Meeting April 15, 1975
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met in
special session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Tuesday, April
15 , 1975 at 7:40 p, m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent: None
Chairman Law indicated that this was a continuation of the regular April 14
HRA meeting and that the primary purpose of this meeting was to conduct a Land
Use Workshop relative to the Lyndale/Hub/Nicollet Commercial Improvement Area .
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludeman to defer consideration of the
items listed on the April 14, 1975 agenda to the next regular meeting of April
28, 1975 so as to provide as much time as necessary for the Land Use Workshop.
All ayes -Carried.
Chairman Law acknowledged the presence of planning commission members,
members of the commercial improvement committee and residents from the Lyndale/
Hub/Nicollet commercial improvement area. Chairman Law called on the executive
director and Peter Jarvis, representing BRW, to explain the purpose of the meeting.
All in attendance participated in the Land Use Workshop.
Meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m.
