Regular Meeting March 24, 1975
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Richfield met
in regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Monday,
March 24, 1975 at 11:25.p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Law.
Present; Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, Law
Absent; None
1. Minutes.
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen, to defer approval of the
March 10, 1975 minutes of the meeting.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Set Date for Special Meeting with Planning Commission and Commercial
Improvement Committee to Study Land Use Alternatives in Commercial Improvement
Area.

~~ Executive Director, Wayne Burggraaff, suggested setting the date for this
special meeting for April 15, 1975 at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners agreed with
this suggestion.
3. Progress Report by Executive Director on Community Development Grant
Application.
The Executive Director distributed information to the commissioners. He
also gave them information containing the amounts each community will receive
over a three year period.
4. Other Business.
Commissioner Jacobsen requested that dates be submitted to the commissioners
for upcoming state, regional and national meetings.
He also requested that the staff study the feasibility of other seminars
locally or sponsor a study night to better inform the commissioners.

5. Adjournment.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the meeting be adjourned.
All ayes - Carried. Time: 11:45 p.m.
