Regular Meeting March 10, 1975
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority"of the City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Ha11 on Monday, March 10,
1975 at 11:05 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Law.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Ludeman, Luettinger, .Law.
Absent; None
1. Minutes.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, to approve the minutes of the
February 24, 1975 meeting.
All ayes - Carried.
2. Discussion of Compensation for HRA Commissioners.
The city manager discussed the various allowable arrangements which provide
for the compensation of HRA commissioners. The compensation arrangement author-
ized by state law is a per diem reimbursement per meeting of $25.00.
Councilman Luettinger indicated that, inasmuch as the meetings were held
in con3unction with the council meetings, he felt the commissioners could do

Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Ludeman, that the following resolution be
adopted; that it be spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of
these minutes:

Carried. This resolution appears as Resolution No. 5 in Resolution Book No. 1.
