The Housing and Redevelopment Authority o:f the-City of Richfield met in
regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall on Mondays February

1. Minutes.
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Ludemana to approve the minutes of the
February 10, 1975 meeting..

2. ~ New Business.
Motion by Luettingers~seconded by Anderson9 to~recommend to the city council
that the city staff continue to ea~plore the various alternate ways of applying
for leased housing allocations and that the city council adopt a resolution
authorizing joint application with the Metropolitan Council if that alternative
appears mire desirable.
